Cancellation Policy
Bed & Breakfast Ravelin (In accordance with German law – BGB)
For contracts concerning accommodation services, there is no statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB.
The guest may cancel the reservation prior to the start of the stay in writing (by email).
In case of cancellation, Bed & Breakfast Ravelin remains entitled to payment of a flat-rate cancellation fee. Individual settlement of saved costs or re-letting does not take place.
The cancellation fee is as follows:
Up to 7 days before the planned arrival date: free of charge*
*Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival is free of charge. In case of cancellation within this period, the paid amount will be refunded. Any transaction costs charged by the payment provider will be deducted from the refundable amount. The refund will be made as soon as possible.

Less than 7 days before the planned arrival date or in case of non-appearance (No-Show): 100% of the agreed accommodation price
The cancellation fee is a flat-rate compensation in accordance with § 309 no. 5 BGB.
We recommend that guests take out an appropriate cancellation insurance.
