Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation without additional costs is possible up to 7 days before the booked arrival date.
  
  
• From the 7th day you pay 100% of the cost (room prices only)
  
  
• NO-SHOWS for reservations where guests do not show up without prior cancellation, 100% of the total booking costs for the entire booked period will be charged incl. the products booked.
  
  
• You are not insured for cancellations, you must arrange this yourself.
  
  
• If you booked via booking.com, the conditions of booking.com apply to your stay.
