Cancellation conditions

There is no statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB for contracts on accommodation services.

The guest can cancel the booking in writing (by e-mail) before the start of the stay.

In case of cancellation, Bed & Breakfast Ravelin remains entitled to payment of a flat-rate cancellation fee. An individual offsetting of saved costs or re-letting does not take place.

The cancellation fee amounts to:

Up to 7 days before the planned arrival date: free of charge

Less than 7 days before the planned arrival date or in case of non-appearance (No-Show): 100% of the agreed accommodation price

The cancellation fee has the character of a flat-rate compensation for damages in accordance with § 309 no. 5 BGB.

We recommend that guests take out an appropriate cancellation insurance.
