Cancellation conditions

  1. Cancellation without additional costs* is possible up to 7 days before the booked arrival date.

  2. From the 7th day you pay 100% of the costs for which you booked (accommodation and extras). This also applies to NO-SHOWS.

  3. You are not insured against cancellations; you must arrange this yourself.

  4. If you booked through booking.com then the terms and conditions of booking.com apply to your stay.

  5. If you have paid online and you cancel before the 7th day, you will pay the cancellation costs or the costs that we have to make to offer you the service to pay online via Mollie and to refund it.

    These costs result from our agreement with the payment provider(s), the costs we incur are included in prices as stated on our website, so in short " we will pay these to give you as a guest the best price for our overnight stays " , by cancelling you oblige yourself to reimburse the payment costs made by an online payment and they will then also be deducted from the refunded amount.

    Please note this only applies to cancellations made before the 7th day before arrival. After the 7th day before arrival you will pay the full amount as stated in clause 1.
