Houserules

We do everything we can to make our guests happy and to guarantee a pleasant stay, so we have created a number of house rules;

• Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.(of course this is possible outside on our property)
  
  
• Parties/gatherings are not allowed.
  
  
• It must be quiet between 23:00H and 6:00H. (we are in a residential area)
  
  
• We run our Bed & Breakfast with care and love, unexpectedly something can always break and we would appreciate it if you would report this to us.
  
  
• Check-in is possible between 15:00H and 22:00H. Check-OUT is possible until 11:00H. If you have other wishes, this can be done in consultation.
  
  
• If something is not functioning correctly in one of the rooms, please report this to the hosts. (rooms are checked before and after each guest(s)).
  
  
• If there is something else that makes you dissatisfied, please contact us and we will look for a solution.
  
  
• ☺ We are kind and polite to our guests and expect the same in return ☺
  
  
• In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the hosts.
