General terms and conditions;

  • User: the owner of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN hereinafter referred to as: BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN
  • Counterparty: the guests who enter into a rental agreement with BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN by means of a reservation by e-mail or telephone, a reservation via booking.com or directly via the website of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN www.bbravelin.de .
  • When entering into the rental agreement/agreement, these general terms and conditions are declared applicable to the agreement and made known to the other party.
  • The owner of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN can be replaced by a (temporary) representative.

House rules BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN ;

  • BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is described on the website www.bbravelin.de . This website has been compiled with the utmost care, but there may be discrepancies between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the actual situation at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN at the time of the guest's visit. Guests cannot derive any rights from such discrepancies.
  • The minimum stay at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is one night.
  • Breakfast is served on weekdays between 8:00 and 10:00.
  • Breakfast is served on weekends between 9:00 and 10:00 am.
  • Breakfast times can be deviated from upon consultation.
  • Anyone aged 18 or older can reserve a room. Anyone who (also) books a trip for other participants is responsible for all others they register. At least one guest per booked room must be 18 or older. For underage travelers, proof of parental or guardian consent is required. If a traveler is under 18, please contact us by phone.
  • It is prohibited to allow third parties to use BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN . Visitors may not stay overnight at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN without the user's permission and without paying an additional fee.
  • BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN must be left in a clean condition upon departure. The user will complete an inventory upon arrival. If the room deviates significantly from the inventory upon departure, the user may charge the additional cleaning costs to the other party.
  • Drugs are prohibited throughout the entire property, and all rooms and common areas are non-smoking. Smoking in the room will incur a €200 fine, which must be paid immediately at reception.
  • Pets are allowed for a fee.
  • Check-in is possible Monday through Sunday until 10:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
  • The other party can park their car in the parking spaces provided for BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN . Parking is at your own risk.
  • All risks relating to a stay in or around BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN are borne by the other party.
  • The counterparty must follow the user's instructions.
  • In the event of inappropriate behaviour, the user may deny and/or refuse the other party access to BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN with immediate effect, without further notice or statement of reasons and without reimbursement of accommodation costs.
  • The booker is responsible for any damage and extra cleaning due to improper use of the room, shower, etc. If you book for someone else, you remain solely responsible for these matters and you may receive an invoice for any damage suffered to and in our %% Bed & Breakfast during the stay of you or the persons you booked for who are staying here.
  • You must inform us in advance if your check-in time changes. You can do this by simply sending a message to one of the numbers listed on the website or via the contact form. If you arrive outside the regular check-in time (10:00 PM) without prior notice, your booking will be automatically canceled.


Rates;

  • The rates include gas, water, electricity and heating, VAT, tourist tax, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
  • The rates do not include the costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs.
  • Rates of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.
  • All information on the BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN website www.bbravelin.de is deemed to have been provided in good faith and is always subject to interim adjustments.
  • BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is not bound by obvious errors on its website.
  • The prices you see on the selection page for your desired period are starting prices; the price depends on the number of people, the day of the week, holiday period, and public holidays. We BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN do our utmost to offer you the BEST price for your booking with us. No complaints can be made about verbal price agreements; the system is binding. If BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN subsequently offers a discount, this will result in a final price that you must pay to the BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN accommodation.


Reservation and payment;

  • Once the reservation has been made and confirmed via the reservation form, a rental agreement is also concluded. In all of the above cases, the reservation is final.
  • For a reservation for a stay at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN no additional costs (booking costs) are charged.
  • BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN does NOT offer the option of paying by card or similar electronic payment methods.
  • The accommodation costs must be paid in cash during the stay and upon arrival at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN . Additional costs, such as use of the minibar, charging an electric car and any damages must be paid in cash before check-out.
  • BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is not responsible for incorrect bookings, which means that the correct products and accommodations are not specified upon arrival. If there are discrepancies in the options you selected, for example, if you book for two people and arrive with three, and you order breakfast for a child and consume it as an adult, you will still be charged for the additional costs and must pay these in cash upon arrival.
  • For breakfast and dinner, everyone who sits at the table and enjoys breakfast/dinner pays the price for this, there is no sharing of breakfast/dinner.
  • All overnight stays and extras are our prices. We determine whether you receive a discount through an offer, discount code, or similar.
  • We determine the rules here in our accommodation and we ask you to adhere to them.

Complaints;

  • The other party is always entitled to submit its grievances to BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN by means of a complaint. BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN must always handle a complaint adequately and with due haste, so that the complaint is handled in accordance with standards of reasonableness and fairness.

Force majeur;

  • In the event of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary, BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part or to temporarily suspend it without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, uprising, molestation, strikes, boycotts, disruptions to the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or immediate family members, etc. under which full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably be required of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN .

Liability;

  • BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the other party or third parties as a result of the stay in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN against claims in this regard. BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation, such as disruptions and failures of power and water supplies and technical installations, and construction and/or road works in the vicinity of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN that are not announced or announced late.
    BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN can only be held liable for damage that is due to gross negligence or neglect of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN

  • BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN expects you to have legal liability insurance. You bear the risk if you don't have this and accidentally, or unintentionally, damage one of our properties in any way.


Privacy;

  • BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN will treat all personal data provided to or made known to it confidentially and will not make it freely available to third parties.

  • If you pay via our online payment methods, your data will be shared with the relevant payment provider.


Final provision;

  • Neither party may transfer its rights and obligations to third parties unless otherwise provided in these terms and conditions.
  • If and to the extent that any provision in the user agreement and the present terms and conditions should prove to be invalid, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force and the invalid article shall be deemed to have been converted in such a way that it is brought into line with the apparent intentions of the parties.
