General terms and conditions;

User: the owner of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN hereinafter referred to as: BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN
Counterparty: the guests who enter into a rental agreement with BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN by means of a reservation by e-mail or telephone, a reservation via booking.com or directly via the website of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN www.bbravelin.de .
When entering into the rental agreement/contract, these general terms and conditions are declared applicable to the agreement and made known to the other party.
The owner of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN can be replaced by a (temporary) representative.

House rules BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN ;

BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is described on the website www.bbravelin.de . This website has been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the actual situation at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN at the time of the visit by the guest(s). No rights can be derived by the guests from such differences.
The minimum stay at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is one night.
Breakfast is served on weekdays between 8:00 and 10:00.
Breakfast is served between 9:00 and 10:00 on weekends.
Breakfast times can be deviated from in consultation.
Anyone aged 18 or over can book a room. The person who (also) books a trip for other participants is liable for all others he or she registers. For each booked room, at least one guest must be 18 or over. For minor travellers, it must be demonstrated that parents or guardians have given permission. If a traveller is not yet 18 years old, we kindly request that they contact us by telephone.
It is prohibited to allow third parties to use BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN . Visitors may not stay overnight in BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN without the user's permission and without paying extra.
BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN must be in a clean condition upon departure. At the start, the user will make an inventory. If the room deviates so much from the inventory upon departure, the user can charge the additional cleaning costs to the other party.
There is a drug ban on the entire site and the rooms and common areas are non-smoking. If smoking occurs in the room, we charge a fine of €100,- which must be paid directly to the reception.
Pets are allowed for a fee.
Check-in is possible from Monday to Sunday until 22:00. Check-out is possible until 11:00.
The other party can park the car in the parking spaces available for BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN . Parking is at your own risk.
All risks relating to a stay in or around BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN are for the account of the other party.
The counterparty must follow the user's instructions.
In the event of inappropriate behaviour, the user may deny and/or refuse the other party access to BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN with immediate effect, without further notice or statement of reasons and without reimbursement of accommodation costs.

Rates;

The rates include gas, water, electricity and heating, VAT, tourist tax, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
The rates do not include the costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs.
Rates of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.
All information on the website of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN www.bbravelin.de is deemed to have been provided in good faith and is always subject to interim adjustments.
BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is not bound by obvious errors on its website.
The prices you see on the selection page of choosing your desired period are from prices, the price depends on the number of people, the day of the week, holiday period and holidays. We BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN do our utmost to give you the BEST price for your possible booking with us. No complaints can be made on verbal price agreements, the system is binding. If a discount is given afterwards by BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN , a final price will result that you must pay to the accommodation BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN .

Reservation and payment;

After the reservation has been made and confirmed via the reservation form, a rental agreement has also been established. In all of the above cases, the reservation is final.
For a reservation of a stay at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN no additional costs (reservation costs) will be charged.
There is NO possibility at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN to pay by debit card or similar electronic payment methods.
The accommodation costs must be paid in cash during the stay and upon arrival at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN , additional costs, such as use of the minibar, charging of an electric car and any compensation must be paid in cash before checking out.
BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is not responsible for an incorrectly made booking, so that means if the correct products and accommodations are not indicated upon arrival. Are there differences in the options you have indicated. e.g. You book for 2 people and arrive with 3 people, you have ordered breakfast for a child and you consume this as adults, you will still be charged for the extra costs and have to pay these in cash on site.

Complaints;

The counterparty is always entitled to submit its grievances by means of a complaint to BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN . BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN must always handle a complaint adequately and with due haste, so that the complaint is handled according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.

Force majeur;

In the event of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary, BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part or to suspend it temporarily without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, uprising, molestation, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close family members, etc. under which full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be demanded of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN .

Liability;

BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the other party or third parties as a result of staying in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN against any claims in this regard. BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation, such as disruptions and failures of power and water supplies and technical installations, construction and/or road works in the vicinity of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN are not announced or announced too late.
BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN can only be held liable for damage that is due to gross negligence or neglect of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN

Privacy;

BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN will treat all personal data provided to or made known to it confidentially and will not make it freely available to third parties.

If you pay via our online payment methods, your data will be shared with the relevant payment provider.

Final provision;

Neither party may transfer its rights and obligations to third parties unless otherwise provided in these terms and conditions.
If and to the extent that any provision in the user agreement and the present terms and conditions should prove to be void, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force and the void article shall be deemed to have been converted in such a way that it is brought into line with the apparent intentions of the parties.

BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN
will do everything (within the possibilities) to guarantee you a pleasant stay, something can always happen and it is therefore requested that you inform us in good time during your stay so that a solution can be found.
