General Provisions;

• User: the owner of Bed and Breakfast Ravelin, hereinafter: BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN
  
• Counterparty: the guests who sign a rental agreement with BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN by making a reservation by e-mail or telephone, making a reservation through booking.com or directly through the website of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN www.bbravelin.de  .
  
• Upon conclusion of the rental agreement, these general terms and conditions are declared applicable to the contract and brought to the attention of the other party.
  
• The owner of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN can be replaced by a (temporary) representative.
• 
  

Rules of Procedure BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN;

• BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is described on the website www.bbravelin.de. This website has been compiled with the utmost care, however, there may be discrepancies between the text and/or photos on the website and the current situation at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN at the time of the guest's visit. No rights can be derived from such differences by the guests.
  
• The minimum stay at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is one night.
  
• Breakfast is served on weekdays between 08:00 and 10:00.
  
• Breakfast is served at weekends between 09:00 and 10:00.
  
• In consultation it is possible to deviate from the times for breakfast.
  
• Anyone who is 18 years of age or older can reserve a room. The person who (also) books a trip for other participants is liable for all others he or she registers. At least one guest must be at least 18 years old per room booked. In the case of underage travelers, it must be proven that the parents or legal guardians have given their consent. If a traveler is under the age of 18, please contact us by phone.
  
• It is forbidden to allow third parties to use BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN. Visitors are not allowed to stay at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN without the user's consent and without additional payment.
  
• BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN must be in a clean condition upon departure. To begin, the user creates a recording state. If the room deviates from the recording bill in such a way at the time of departure, the user may charge the other party for the additional cleaning costs.
  
• Drugs are prohibited throughout the premises and the rooms and common areas are non-smoking. If there is smoking in the room, we charge a penalty of 100 €, which must be paid directly at the reception.
  
• Pets are allowed for a fee.
  
• Check-in is possible from Monday to Sunday until 22:00 at the latest. Check-out is possible until 11:00.
  
• The other party can leave the car in the parking spaces in front of the BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN. Parking is at your own risk.
  
• All risks associated with your stay in or around BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN are at the expense of the other party.
  
• The other party must follow the user's instructions.
  
• In the event of inappropriate behaviour, the user may refuse and/or deny access to BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN with immediate effect, without further notice and without giving any reason and without reimbursement of accommodation costs.
  
  
  

Prices;

• The prices include gas, water, electricity and heating, VAT, tourist tax, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
  
• Prices do not include the cost of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs.
  
• The prices of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN are always non-binding and may be changed in the meantime.
  
• All information on the website of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN www.bbravelin.de is considered to have been made to the best of our knowledge and belief and is always subject to interim adjustments.
  
• BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is not bound by obvious errors on its website.
  
  
  

Reservation and payment;

• After the reservation has been made and confirmed via the reservation form, a rental contract is also concluded. In all of the above cases, the reservation is final.
  
• There are no additional costs (reservation fees) for the reservation of a stay at the BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN.
• There is NO option at BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN to pay by pin or similar electronic payment methods.
  
• The overnight costs incurred during the stay and the care provided by the BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN were considered in cash, and the costs associated with the use of the mini-bar, breakfast, dinner, E-car charging and the damage charges must be paid for the check-out in cash.
• BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is not responsible for incorrect bookings, which means that the correct products and accommodations are not indicated upon arrival. Are there differences in the options you have indicated? For example, you book for 2 people and come with 3 people, you have ordered breakfast for a child and you consume it as an adult, you will then be charged for the additional costs and have to pay for them in cash by check-out.
  
  

Complaints;

• The other party has the right to address its complaints to BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN at any time by means of a complaint. BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN must always deal with a complaint appropriately and expeditiously, so that the complaint is dealt with in accordance with the standards of reasonableness and fairness.
  
  
  

Force majeure;

• In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is entitled to terminate or temporarily suspend the contract, in whole or in part, without the guest being able to claim compliance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, rebellion, harassment, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy cycle, traffic or transport, official action, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and, in addition, any circumstance, exceptional weather conditions, death of an owner or close family members, etc., including the full or partial performance of the agreement in a reasonable and fair manner, which is not attributable to BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN may be requested.
  
  
  

Liability;

• BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN cannot be held liable for any damage caused to the other party or third parties as a result of the stay in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN from all claims in this regard. BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN is not responsible for any disruption in and around the accommodation, such as malfunctions and failures of electricity and water supply and technical installations, construction and/or road works in the vicinity of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN, which have not been timely or announced. BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN can only be held liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or negligence on the part of BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN.
  
  
  

Privacy;

• BED & BREAKFAST RAVELIN will treat all personal data provided to it or become known to it confidentially and will not make them freely available to third parties.
  
  
  

Final provisions;

• Neither party may assign its rights and obligations to any third party, except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.
  
• If and to the extent that any provision in the User Agreement and in these General Terms and Conditions should prove to be unfounded, the other terms and conditions will remain in force and the void article will be deemed to have been transformed in such a way as to bring it into line with the obvious intentions of the parties.
